Everything You Need to Know
We are not an allergy free caterer. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests/ recipients of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
If you order a custom cake, we use silk flowers for all our decor and do not use fresh flowers. If you request fresh flowers for a cake, they are provided by an outside source. You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
As these are edible items, we do not accept returns. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us directly to resolve it.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes we offer electronic gift certificates in increments of $25, so give someone a reward to get a special dessert treat they will love.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please contact us if you have any issues.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY OR PICKUP?
Yes. Please select local pick up or delivery in your cart. We will reach out to you to arrange date and time for pick up.
HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM CAKE ORDER WITH OC & C?
You can begin the ordering process by sending us an email at email@example.com. Please include event date, theme, servings needed, cake flavors, any inspiration pics you may have. Once we agree on the details, we will draft a contract and e-mail that to you; this contract can be signed electronically. We will also e-mail an invoice, which can be paid online. Keep in mind in order to reserve a cake and hold a specific date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required. A date/cake is not reserved until a contract has been signed and the retainer has been paid. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event.
HOW SOON SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER AND EXPECT SHIPPING?
We recommend that you order as soon as possible. We bake everything to order, so please allow up to 4 days of bake time in addition to shipping time.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? WHAT IS YOUR ADDRESS?
At this time, we are a mobile/private caterer that utilizes a private commercial kitchen rental, so we do not have a physical location for customers to stop in. We do offer local delivery and curbside pick up.
